Volunteer
All our work depends upon our volunteers of which there are two teams:
- Collection of food from donation points and stacking in the collection centre (the ‘shop’)
- Selection and packing of bags in the shop for handing to clients during our opening hours
Each of these tasks are rota based so volunteers have designated days and times which generally means you could be called upon for a few hours every six weeks or so, with the possibility of helping more often if you want to.

Fundraise
We have recently partnered with ‘Run for Charity’. This gives us access to many events up and down the country that you can sign up to and choose Ilkley Foodbank as your chosen charity.
