Need Our Help?

We ask people who need our help to be initially referred to us through a recognised agency such as a GP practice (via the social prescriber), the Citizens Advice Bureau, local schools and churches, social services, mental health services, housing associations or other social support organisations. Like many food banks this is the usual way to gain access to services and if you wish you can contact us and we are happy to provide advice.

If you are a recognised agency and would like a copy of our referral form please contact us.

Where we cover

The LS29 post code area.

Who we help

We help a range of people in need, often in the short term, including families and individuals and due to circumstances such as low income, loss of job, loss of benefits, a health crisis or a build up of very unlucky situations. We also try to support local groups that provide meals within the community.

How it works

Once a referral has been received, clients can then visit our shop in Ilkley to pick up food and other essentials.
